Classic 1931 Wheeler Yacht 37½' For Sale

My "baby" is a flybridge salon sedan with classic lines. When you see the photographs, you'll recognize I have been restoring her with loving care. Please notice the two views, sanded and painted on the link from the image. She was built by Wheeler in 1931 at Bridgestone, New York.

Among her most notable features:

• a cedar hull with oak ribs on 13" center
• sleeps 6
• Surveyed in 2007. Insured through Haggerty.
• pair of "new" Chrysler 360 cubic inch gas engines - only 100 hours
• twin helm stations
• two 100 gallon gas tanks

She has a fly bridge with bench seating for 3 people, head with shower, dinette table folds into a twin bed, as does the convertible sofa, sitting area converts to two bunk beds. I'm only the third owner; before me she had the same owner for 38 years.

Among her creature comforts, she has:

• 3 burner stove with oven, propane fueled
• AM/FM stereo radio
• VHF radio
• depth finder
• electric water heater

To facilitate her renewal, she's been on the hard since May, 2007. I am forced to sell her because of health reasons. Her brightwork is "rough". For her hull:

Her beam is approximately 9' and she draws around 18".
